- Minnesota High School Bowling's Executive Director
- The bowler
- The bowler's guardian
(Be sure to check your junk or spam folders)
A copy of a bowler's completed/submitted eligibility and waiver form
will NOT automatically be sent to any coach or conference coordinator.
